Tales from Shakespeare
Tales from Shakespeare is a series of Shakespeare adaptations using Shakespeare's dialogue, narration from Charles and Mary Lamb's Tales form Shakespeare, and original music and songs. The first two pieces were presented at Wayne State University in 2021, with more debuting in 2022 elsewhere. The goal of the project is to adapt all twenty of the plays that are represented in Tales from Shakespeare into short (45-minute) pieces with flexible music and cast.
